Here is the Chicken Cacciatore recipe ~ I was in a hurry so I scanned in the copy from the family cook book I wrote several years back. I hope you can read it all right. I actually wrote two separate cook books (2003,2004) and then we revised it (2007) a few years later. It just never seems to be done as the family is continually growing and growing!
